November has been a very chill month. And by very chill, I mean I didn't do much of anything. However, I think it was a much needed break. And I still had fun, which is the important part. Since not much happened, I will summarize my month in one section for this post. December should be very eventful.
November Activities
Starting at the beginning of the month, I took the SAT! I didn't know I had to bring my own calculator (my school provides them for the PSAT and never told us), so I struggled a bit on the math section. However, I got my scores a few days ago, and I made a 1200 which isn't bad. I'm going to take it again next year to try for a better score.
I also am going to be in a Cotillion Ball with my friend Josh. I got to try on two dresses, and the one I chose got altered. I'll get it back and attend the ball in December, so stay tuned for that!
I twisted my hair, and a week later, I twisted my mom's. I love having my hair in twists because it's very low maintenance and very cute.
My mom and I made pizzas! It was originally my idea, but while we were buying ingredients, she decided she wanted to make one too. We had the same toppings.
I did my makeup on Thanksgiving, which I thought was really cute! I also got back into drawing. The piece I'm supposed to be working on was supposed to be a warm up, but I got a bit carried away with the idea. It's still beneficial, because I'm challenging myself in multiple areas: it's a full-body piece with a complex background and complicated lighting. I've finished it traditionally (shown below) and I'm working on it digitally now.
Conclusion
November was very calming, which was great. I have fun things coming for December. I'm going on a picnic this Saturday, and I have the previously mentioned Cotillion Ball. I also will be finishing the art piece, and starting some others. I may also spend my Christmas with my friend. Be sure to subscribe to see how everything goes!
